The penny spinner with caps takes a bit less than an hour. I 3D printed Penny Spinner and Fidget Spinner 2. I added a few more pictures of some spinners I made.

Thanks! I only used a hammer since i don't have a vice, though I have found that you can push the frame onto the bearing instead of push the bearing into the frame; it goes in much easier.
Thank you! That sounds like an interesting idea. Maybe you could make a rod coming out from the inner part of the frame which could be press fit with the inner rings of the outer bearings... kind of like how the caps are press fit. That would be pretty cool
