View Instructable »hc06 does not need key pin. It's already in AT mode. You just have to type in the commands fast.
I am sorry but I have no idea about iphone, but as far as I am concerned, it uses a different protocol. And for the AT command part, I think it might be possible to run AT commands through sketch. But you will not have confirmation of the action.
