This is a great series. I am going to use it, and your previous Robots Class lessons, as a lesson plan to teach kids, and adults, at our local technical library. Thanks!!!

Welcome to Arduino
That is one of the first things I did. In the MainActivity.java file this is my first line: package=simlc.bluetoothclient; The full path of my project is com.ppp.simlc.bluetoothclient.
This is awesome! I have an acrylic tube that I am mounting two motors in and 3D printing end caps for. Your instructable will save me a lot of time! However, when I loaded the code in Android Studio, I am getting a number of errors. I didn't use macrobytes.spydrone for my package name, so I changed all those references, but int he MainActivity tab, all the imports and package name are in red. What other packages need to be imported for this to work? And it can't find any of the images for the ImageButtons.Any suggestions? Thanks!
Agreed. Just not sure how to get past it not recognizing my package name.
I did copy the GUI. That is where it is telling me that it can't find the image files. for the arrows. This is one of the errored lines: android:src="@mipmap/leftarrow". The error is: Cannot resolve symbol '@mipmap/leftarrow'.
