HI! Yes, the jack was completely removed, and a microphone was inserted into its hole. Only wireless connection now.

Sorry I didn't understand right away. In my case, I modified the original headphones instead of manufactured new pieces to replace the original ones. But I think it's possible to use 3D printing to manufacture a part from a CAD model in a hobby.
