I think I've figured out why Inkscape is using the wrong values, however I'm not sure how to fix it. I set my thickness to 3.2mm and in Inkscape it's 0.85mm. I used the ruler tool to measure the widths and as it turns out, it's 3.2px. Somewhere there has to be a conversion -- perhaps a setting in Inkscape?
