Tell us about yourself!
I guess what I am confused about is what "this" is. But let me see if I can cover a bunch of bases and assume you are talking about the radio and not the arduino. The nrf24 is a relatively low power radio. So depending on how much data you try to send your range will be limited more or less. If you have a processor on your copter that is taking care of housekeeping like keeping it vertical, and all you are sending is a small set of bits that tell it to go left or right or up or down or faster or slower, then over short distances I bet you could make the radio work. Its is used all the time for rc toys. Look at this website:http://ozqube-1.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.ht... and follow links and read about radio pushed to extremes.
Not quite sure about your question. Can you explain a bit more what is on your mind?
