After my seat got stolen, I figured I should lock down the new one. I made this with one small change, instead of running the chain out both ends of the inner-tube, I just sheathed the chain in the inner-tube and looped it around the bike frame. That way less potential damage to the frame and less hassle of looping the chain through both ends.
