DIY Life-Size Phone Controlled BB8 Droid

This is the most amazing tutorial I have ever seen. The video is very professional. I have just a couple problems in trying to build my own. The 20" beach ball you recommend is only about 15 in. diameter when inflated. I found out that beach ball sizes are given as deflated in ads. I had to go to a 24" ball to get a close 20 inches. Did you do the same, or is your BB-8 body only about 15 inches? Also, when the unit is complete and sealed back up, How do you charge the batteries? I can't figure it out.Again, What a great tutorial!!!!

    High Power LED Driver Circuits

It was easy to follow you instructions, and I was able to complete the circuit. However, when I put in a 3.7v battery, the current is 470 mAh. When I insert a 9v (8.4v actual), the current goes to 540 mAh. I thought the current should be the same. If it should be the same, what might I have done wrong. The LED is a 3w on a PCB star and lights nicely using both batteries. But like I said, the current changes. Thanks in advance for any ideas on what I may have screwed up.
