View Instructable »Hi, raphan. If you are talking about the power amplifier, it is not powered by 5V USB, but by an external 12V x 3A power supply. The USB port only powers the DAC board. Thanks for your comment.

It was a great challenge! There's a lot of pieces and details but I have done it! There was a lot of fun doing the assembly. Here some pictures of the finished model... I have to congratulate the project author for the great work for this model. It was mesmerize!
