Hi! Do you have the manual for the jukebox? The manual for mine is highly detailed and was really helpful for me. I'd recommend finding the user manual and giving it a good once-over :)

Obviously, that particular spring probably isn't the one you want. Check out the manual for the part number you need
I was also able to fix the finishing time by adjusting a (ludicrously hard to reach) bolt under the tone arm.
Yeah, reaching the back bolt required some deeply uncomfortable contortionist shenanigans. There's a hole in the back of my machine that allows some rear access, but not enough to be helpful in that situation. I actually had to lie with my head inside the machine, with a mirror taped in just the right place so I could see where the bolt was. Space was so tight, I couldn't see the blasted thing *while* I was working on it, which was fun.I got a replacement spring from this site: https://www.jukebox-world.de/en/Jukebox-Parts-Europe/OMT-Princess-Deutsche-Wurlitzer/Tension-spring-12381.html. It takes a while to arrive, but it's certainly cheaper than having the machine serviced by a pro!
Hi John, I was able to improve the situation by replacing one of the springs, but it's still not perfect. I'm fairly sure I need to replace another spring as well, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Hope that helps!
