I'm attempting to connect the Huzzah ESP8266 through a Makershed prototype shield into my Arduino Uno. Although I've changed TX/RX around and additional power sources, I still get:warning: espcomm_sync failederror: espcomm_open failederror: espcomm_upload_mem failederror: espcomm_upload_mem failedIs my problem with hardware setup or software? I can successfully load the script with the 8266 disconnected from the prototype shield, but not when connected. I also never see pfodWifiWebConfig as a potential WiFi access point on my phone or computer. Any suggestions? Ultimately, I'm interested in using MQTT to send sensor data via WiFi, and be able to program the Arduino through a Python serial connection.
