I mostly make them up as I go...using a basic cupcake recipe as my base, some times I add some banana, sometimes lemon juice, some times an extract... what ever strikes my fancy...for the butter cream / icing...same thing! The caramel icing was amazing, I made it up on the spot...I basically just made a basic brown sugar caramel with lots of butter, brown sugar, cream and lemon juice, then added half a cup of cream cheese and melted it all together.

I guess I need to get better at the instrucables part haha...next time I will do step by step and write out my recipe :)
