Intro: Paper Dart

a cool little dart that can fly a good 25-35 ft.

sorry if you cant under stand some of the steps it wouldn't let me add any notes.

STEP 1: 1

you will need a sheet of notebook paper, scissors,a flat edge, and tape .

First cut of th sides on the red lines, next cut off the top.

save the side that has no holes.

STEP 2: 2

second fold the bottom left corner up like in the picture.

then fold the bottom edge up to meet the top.

next fold the bottom to meet the angled edge.

keep folding it like that.

fold the flap into the pocket.

STEP 3: 3

fold it in half, the unfold it.

fold the outside edges to meet the inside line.

tape the edges together, then cut off the end to make it flush.

STEP 4: 4

remember that side you saved fold it half then in half again.

it should look like the picture

draw a fin on your paper so there all uniform, and cut it out.

fold the fins in half length wise then unfold .

tape the bottom part of the fold on the body as straight as possible.

STEP 5: 5

your done.

you can add some weight to the tip but it doesn't make that much of a difference .

now go throw it, it flys better if you throw it at a upwards angle.

go have fun and don't throw it at the face its pointy.

Stick a bottle rocket in it and launch it!!!!!
awesome....hard to understand....but.....awesome.
To help keep the shape, you should ball up the remaining paper and stuff it down the back space.

It is fregen sweet.
my friend tapes rolled-out paperclips to the tips of them
I have to admit that the instructions were VERY confusing, but the dart is awesome! Great job!!!
We through them up in the roof at school but we use them without fins. You now that soft cardboard roof thing, yeah theres like twenty of them in the roof.
