Intro: Put Some Meat on Them Bones

A Halloween ible the week before Thanksgiving ? Well, what do you think my neighbors thought when I was in my driveway corpsifying a bucky a week before Thanksgiving? HEY, it's only 340 days until we open our 2012 haunted House ! I didn't take enough pics for a real instructable and this is really rather easy to do. It started when I saw a video of a guy using clear plastic drop cloths to corpse a bucky. Well I had a bucky and lots of grocery bags so I thought I'd see how it turned out. Just lay the bags over the bucky, tuck and tie them as needed then use a heat gun to shrink the plastic, keep adding layers until you get the effect you want, for biceps and calves, I rolled several bags into "logs" and tied them in place then covered with another bag before applying heat. You can twist narrow "ropes" of plastic that will look like individual muscles when heated/shrunk. I'll most likely be using acrylic paint to cover the writing and multi colored bags and to make it even more gruesome looking.

CAUTION: Heat guns can get HOT use with care or supervision of an adult

wow saw some realstic eyes on amazon these are amazing
realistic eyes cost money and we operate on a thread budget not even a string ! Although details can make or break a piece a lot depends on the staging as well, most likely where ever this prop gets used it will only be seen for seconds at the most and under very low lighting. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment.
here it is http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_miscellaneous?_encoding=UTF8&search-alias=aps&field-keywords=Dead%20Head%20Props take a look
Thank you, I've shared the link with the fiends and ghouls on my fb page
oh sorry about the price there seven you think they wouldn't change so much
your welcome i will drop the link tomorrow only five dollars for two really really good quality
I couldn't believe how easy it turned out to be, a little time consuming but really easy. The skull was a little more difficult because even though its a quality medical school resin bucky it still got soft under the heat so I had to keep stopping and starting. The eyes are dollar store bag of eyes, basically ping pong balls and the reason one is white is because it melted so I rolled it around. I don't really like the eyes and am thinking about just hot glue like in this piece https://www.instructables.com/id/Halloween-wall-plaque-pillar-decoration/
