Introduction: Rainbow Cake!

This will hopefully be an easy way to make this beautiful rainbow cake.

Step 1: Getting the Ingredients.

You will need :

450g of margarine

450g of golden caster sugar

4 teaspoons of vanilla extract

4 large eggs beaten

450g self raising flour

150g of butter

food colors of the rainbow.

Step 2: Mixing It All Up

Put half of your all your measurements into a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer or a electric whisk.

And then, get another bowl and mix the other half of the ingredients into it .

Step 3: COLORS

For red

orange

yellow

green

blue and purple food colors, take one bowl and equally separate the mixture to two plates or bowls , leaving the same amount in the bowl. Repeat this with the other bowl of mixture.

Step 4: Baking.

You then should be able to have 6 mixtures equally separated and put 1 and a half teaspoons of food color in each mixture and then you should have 6 mixtures each one different color of the rainbow.

Step 5: Icing

After baking the mixtures in a cake tin, place them on a cooling rack.

Meanwhile , get your butter cream ready and to do this, you need,

icing sugar

butter. Mix them up and you have buttercream.

Step 6: Last and Final Part

place the cake colored purple on your plate and smother it in butter cream . Place all the other colors on top following the same procedure. Then , put the remaining butter cream around the whole cake and leave it in the freezer for 10 mins.

Get 6 icing bags with a round top and also get 6 butter cream bowls all the colors of the rainbow and create raindrop shapes around the bottom of the cake with the purple one and carry on doing so but going up the colors of the rainbow.
