This diy monitor is with (HDMI+AV+VGA+TV) Input Controller Board , the lcd is led backlight type, which doesn't need an inverter. scettiface bought a longer lvds cable and the speaker to make his project.

    Hello, thank you very much for your speaking high of this project, it is scettiface 's great project. Here is the link of the lcd controller board. http://www.ebay.com/itm/111085312615 . The size of the lcd is 15.6" . It is not important where the lcd from, it is important that you get the right lcd model number of the lcd panel that you have. It is the information to check whether it is compatible with the controller board or not. Do you have a lcd panel?
