this is how to make the simplest blow dart ever.

STEP 1: You Need

q-tip
cutter
tube

STEP 2: Cut

simply cut one of the fuzzy sides off.

STEP 3: Shoot

put the larger piece of q-tip in the pipe fuzzy side up and blow.

if your talking about one of those white pen cases, then yes, but its a short pipe. the longer the pipe the better
