Cymbal Patio Decoration

Got an old damaged cymbal ? been drumming too hard ? Make a garden decoration using an electric jigsaw, metal file and a drill.

Step 1: Damaged Cymbal

Take your damaged cymbal and give it a good clean and polish.

Search the internet for a design you like.... moon, sun, birds and insects work well.

Step 2: Draw Your Design Onto Your Cymbal

Once you have found the design you like, draw your design onto the cymbal. A hard pencil is ideal for this.

Step 3: Cut Out Your Design

Use an electric jigsaw to cut out your design, file the edges down with a metal file, drill a hole to hang it from. One final polish will make it shine in the sun.
