looks like a T shape like this :

T

You will need to cut 2 pieces first one is going to be 13x9 inches and the other
is 13 x 3 3/8 inches

Step 5: Drill Step

ok all the parts are finish
the shelf, drawer, and the T shape.
Ok next step is to drill a 13/32 inch hole in to the shell for the printer driver shaft which rolls the drawers (this will be explain later wen we get to the printer ) pick up one side to be the front. Now drill the hole one side of the shell 6 ½ inches to center by 2 3/8 inches from the bottom., Repeat the same on the other side.

remember that these need to be as straight as you can so that the shaft rolls straight.
Please look at the picture with the shaft install :

Now mount the drawer slide on to the right side It 1 ¾ inches from the front and 5/8 inches from the top.

Step 6: Step 6

Now take the slide part out of the drawer slide for easier mount the drawer,(you can also mount the drawer after you mount the shaft in place

Mount 2 inches in from the back of the drawer and ¾ inches from the top
Now apply the No skid tape to the bottom of the drawer centering from side

Step 7: Disarme the Printer

OK NOW THE NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE THE PRINTER APART AND MOUTING IT ON THE DRAWER SYSTEM

Ok here is the victim a epson c86 printer
Before webagain dismantling the printer remember that this will void ALL warranty with the printer!!! So if you cannot afford to lose a printer, don’t try this project.

First thing is to test the printer make sure the printer works like normal install the ink and print a test page.

NOW LET’S START TEARING THIS THINGS APART!! : )

Remove all the plastic tops from the printer (a small flat head screwdriver will be needed)
Start with the bottom tabs, then the back tabs, do both sides
The bottom tabs which actually release the top,

DO NOT REMOVE THE TIMING BELT

Step 8: Naked Printer

while you were taking apart the bottom the pump and gears may have come off, its ok. Just don’t loose any parts,
now release the drive shafts from their position:
take the driver belt off and the screw in between the gears,

now cut out the frame...

this is Wat will look like wit out the plastic covers and all of the cuts

Step 9: STEP 9

NOW you're ready to mount the printer on to the drawer and put the belt on to the shaft
and we need to hack the paper sensor just put some paper wit some hot glue on it or some piece of plastic.
now the printer is ready to print just put the t-shirt holder and  a t-shirt (white or lite colors only ) to make a test : )

Step 10: Finish Machine : )

you can put some  of the plastic cover back to the printer
