Intro: Tie a Paracord Shackle Grip

shackles can be used to connect rope and are very useful, except for the noises they make when clinking against another.
now you can tie paracord around it so they dont clink around.

STEP 1: Supplies

Its simple
you need: 5 ft of paracord and an anchor shackle, a lighter and a knife.

STEP 2: Tie

start with a cow hitch as shown in the first picture then follow the pictures below to finish
then cut and melt the ends.

i don't rememeber.
i threw away the packaging but they are pretty large. they can hold about 1300 lbs i think. you should be able to find them at home depot.
