No offence or anything but I'm starting to get sick of oodammo pistols. I agree they're good but they all look the same. I would like people to make oodammo guns but no more pistols please. Thanks for your attention, Mr. Muggle

To be honest, i think it sounds like a good idea. the device would probably have to be about the diameter of an orange, but i bet having a pocketwatch that doubles as a cell phone would be a hit with steampunk lovers! anyone agree with this?

Is Runescape better than World of Warcraft? Runescape doesn't have to cost money, but WoW does. Get all acces on wow regardless of anything. runescape has limits if you Free to play (F2P). You decide... leave comments, argue or agree.

I have an idea for Hover Tech./Hover board. See if you used sound at a high enough decibel, but at a frequency humans and animals couldn't hear, it could work. Because sound is also a force, it can move things. Anyone agree or have some input?

Well, we are getting a new kitten and this one is all white and we can't agree on a name. P.S. Don't say Snowball, that's way too generic.

While there are LEED standards for architecture that are often brought into consideration, there isn't much in terms of product design. Many companies want the design for their widget to be done and quickly move on to production. In an effort to fight the good fight and get sustainable ideas in from the beginning, an agreement called the Designer's Accord has been established among designers.Signers to the Designer's Accord agree to initiate dialogues about sustainability and carbon footprints with the companies who hire them. They also agree to educate their own staff about the importance of materials and design in production. One of the big kickers here is that the signers also agree to share what they've learned about sustainable design with each other. While avoiding disclosing any secrets about the companies they work for, they plan on building a global knowledge base so that we can all be a bit greener a bit faster. It's a noble concept and thousands from prominent firms and small companies have signed up. Time will tell if all of this will truly help out, but for now the project looks to be in the big group hug phase with many promises of glorious things to come.Hopefully, they will. As i also loved to shoot the living crap out of locust. it is also come to my attention that the next gears will mostly take place on a humogous train and it sort of looks like it mostly takes place on the train itself. not worthy of being in a collection of 360 games. agreed?

Hot Sauce Beer wasn't quite right for a slideshow, but I am hoping that it will really find its' stride in the forums.Despite what you may think, this is a good idea, and it's actually pretty tasty. It's called a Michelada in Spanish.I swear I am not crazy - Wikipedia and Mexico agree.

Don't you hate when you're about to view something very cool, only to get a load screen that doesn't load the video and gives you an error, then tells you to try again later? Youtube needs to fix this. Send to 2 people if you agree.

I was just thinking about the instructables shirts and I started wondering...What about making an instructable hoodie? I sure a lot of people would also agree that it would be a great contest prize during the colder months! Custom Ink (the company that makes the shirts) even has an option for hoodies! I would be willing to help you guys make this hoodie a reality.

I am getting sick of seeing people ragging on about misspellings to the point where I feel it has gotten out of hand. I belive the new policy should be people who submit new instructables should try their best to spell everything right and if someone does come across a misspelling to simply let it go. Anyone agree?

I can't pay for the SimpleBots ebook. Pressing "Proceed to Checkout" does nothing, and yes I have the agree to terms checked. I don't have a PayPal account, but that button does seem to work. OS: Mac OS X 10.6.8 Browser: Chrome 18.0.1025.163 (I think I properly attached the screencap if not let me know)

Enough is enough. people keep posting religouse topics in the forums. aall its doing is having people debate about what the believe. this site isnt for religoen. create a group on here instead of posting topics about it. it is not where it belongs. people are just trying to start flaming wars and getting attention. so i ask STOP. who else agrees?

I just wanderd why the NES is better than the SNES although its older??? if anyone agrees with me on this then pkease could you say why you think so. in my opinion its because it saved the gaming industry (from atari) and the controller is so simple to use and it had more epic games than the SNES.

I was wondering how many people believe in swords having souls. I am a huge fan of Bleach, which refers to the Zanpakuto as being spirit beings, and I was reading a forum post somewhere that swords have personalities outside of their wielder's skill and the naming of a sword was based on the sword's personality. So, from this, I have chosen to believe that swords have souls and that one can communicate with their sword. So does anyone agree?

I know that Brazil isn't in the eligible countries to apply for a contest. But it is written in "16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution" : By entering the Contest, entrants agree that these Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (c) Brazil if the entrant's principal place of residence is in Brazil I know I don't have any instructables, but i want to be able to apply for a contest, if I could! Thanks.

The new You page does not have the little box that shows what the most recent 10 comments that people have replied to you. When you are on a slow computer, having to click that extra link can take a lot longer than it used to. I proffered the old way, but it is nice to have the little thing that says how many ibles and forum topics you've posted. Who agrees?

I found this plant at my local fairgrounds about a year ago and I pointed it out to a friend who also worked at said fair and he said that it looked a little like pot and I certainly agree with him but I find it hard to believe that since it was out in the open and there were cops walking around too, so what in the heck is this?

I was approached this week by a member of staff at Obrary, asking me if I would let them share one of my projects. So far, so good; I gave permission, as long as they agreed to abide by the license I use to publish my projects; BY-NC-SA. This is the default licence for Instructables, and allows others to share your work as long as they quote the source, share their work under the same licence, and do not profit commercially from the project. Be aware that, if Obrary share your projects, they will share them under the licence of BY-CC-SA, allowing other people to profit from your work. When I discovered this, I agreed, as long as I got to share in the income being generated by my work. Obrary went quiet. If you want to share your projects through Obrary, that's up to you (a quick search shows that at least one Instrucabler has allowed their work to be shared), but you need to remember that their business model involves monetising your work, without any of the income coming to you. They profit, you lose out. You have been warned.

This thread on stackexchange http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/3/what-are-the-different-types-of-solder-used-for gives overview of different solder and flux types, what to choose as beginner hobbyist and some points on health risks. The answerers do not agree on everything, but despite that there is lots of quality information gathered together. Maybe good to refer to, when some part of the topic comes up in questions section some time again. Enjoy.

So lately there have been many reports on the news about the new immigration law in Arizona. I do not agree with the new law, and I would like to know what the Instructables community thinks about this new law. So previously I asked what the best audiophile headphones were for 100 dollars or less and everyone agreed that such headphones do not exist for that price range. Now I just want the best I can get for under one hundred. P.S. I'm looking for ear cup, over the head headphones, not the kind you put in your ear. Thanks!

This is what I expected by registering. Why can`t I get a single full instructable if I share my own with everyone? I think this is not fair. Now I`m in doubt if I should publish here my little invention just for your profit.. Users should get say a Pro account for a week or perhaps ability to get a limited number of full instructions for each thing they share. Don`t you agree?

I was wondering, perhaps somebody has a creative idea how to fasten a piece of Velcro to an aluminium plank 3/8'' wide. I was thinking: 1. Riveting - the head is to big though and the result is not as flush as I would like to be. 2. Glue - I don't like gluing things, would rather have a mechanical\fusing solution. But even if I agree to do so, what kind of glue should I use?

Hi there I have got a projector and the bulb has gone. I think we can agree they are really expensive and therefore it just becomes infeasible to keep buying new bulbs. so I was just asking whether you know how to replace it with something cheaper and longer lasting. I had the idea of LEDs but I would not know how to do it. thank you Hantly

Today, I got a comment from a random stranger whom I have never seen before on this site. The comment was posted on an unpublished ible, which I have NOT posted a link to on the site. Interestingly, looking at the publish date, it says it was published today, although I never published the ible at all, and earlier today it said [date] in that spot The instructable IS a collaboration with Oblivitus, who agreed to help me with a few images for it. Keywords and categories have been added if that helps any.

1) We are put carbon into the air by burning fossil fuels. What are fossil fuels? Plants that were buried eons ago. How can we reverse the trend? By burying plant matter, thus sequestering CO2 from the air. Fortunately, there is a convenient way to do so. Put lawn waste and paper in a landfill. Paper is mostly made from tree farm trees. They'll replant to grow more. New trees absorb CO2 from air. a) Bury paper. Don't recycle it. b) Bury lawn waste, don't mulch or compost. 2) Since people do burn stuff to keep warm, travel, and do stuff in general, is there a way to do this without as much effect on climate? Yes. Global COOLing happens when particulates (smoke) reflect some sunlight. So the laudable efforts to produce cleaner emissions from cars, powerplants, etc, also prevents the effect of global cooling. Ironic that a filthy smoke belching 1800s smokestack which lead to respiratory problems, etc, would also put out particulates that block some sunlight. a) make smoke, not clean exhaust. I welcome responses whether you agree or disagree. To be perfectly honest, I'm not sure if I agree myself ! Just putting it out there.
