I keep getting emails from the site even though I have turned off all my email alerts. These emails have no unsubscribe link, you can see here in the attached image.

Someone made a forum topic, and I don't remember what it was about, and I had never saw the poster before. I clicked on the name to bring up their profile, and then, just kinda for a joke, I followed them, but I wanted to unfollow later. I forgot about it, until today, they posted their first instructable. I don't really want to have that kind of thing in my feed (no offence to them) so I was going to unsub. I click on the unsub button, but it just sits and tries to load, but does nothing, no matter how long you wait. I know subbing to a random person in dumb, and I see that now, but is there some way I can unsub? Thanks for understanding!

Hello, I want to unsubscribe from the instructables newsletter. Normally in case of virtually any other organization, apart from the most scummy ones, I would just click on the link somewhere at the bottom of an email and had it sorted in a second but instructables seem to make it especially difficult to unsubscribe. Perhaps I need an instructable for this too. So far I sent messages with a request to unsubscribe to the following: - reply-to address of the newsletter, - firstname.lastname@example.org, - email@example.com, - and also disabled all email alerts in the settings. None of that had any effect, what a PITA. What else can I do apart from filing a complaint to the ICO?

I've tried to you nicely, more than once! I wanted a different site and didn't realize I was being sent to yours, my mistake, I admit. PLEEEEEEEESE UNSUBSCRIBE ME IMMEDIATELY! I don't CARE if it's free to stay subscribed. I am entitled to the freedom as a potential customer (ha!) to subscribe/unsubscribe at will! This was a mistake! And now I'm really cheezed off, so cut me loose, PLEEEEEEEEEZE! Thank you (if you do!).

Help me to unsubscribe from the emails I get from Instructables. There is no unsubscribe button on the emails and I updated my profile deleting all email updates but I'm still getting emails... Help.

Hi there. I'm having trouble finding out how to stop the billing on my checking account for pro-status. I like this community and site, but I just became a student, and so have less money. Who do I contact or where do I go? Thanks, Ian gildersonian2 (at) yahoo.com

I have unsubscribed to all emails. Everything is unchecked. But I still get the emails. Why? It's really starting to make me angry.

I tried going to https://www.instructables.com/member/CrayfishYAY?show=FOLLOWING, clicked the yellow unfollow button, but the guy was still there. So I went to https://www.instructables.com/you/subscriptions, clicked that orange [x] several times, but he was STILL there. What do I do? Is there a bug?

I found the question in the forum answers, but was unable to locate a link at the bottom of any page to cancel my instructables account. I don't use this, so I don't have any reason to keep paying for it.

Hi there, I don't know if it's just me, but for some reason, I get automatically unsubscribed from multiple users on this site. I noticed that the amount of people I was following dropped from 50 to around 26 yesterday. I re-subscribed to the authors I follow the most, up to 36 people. Yet it was at 33 today. This all seemed to happen overnight, so 'out of my control'. I don't know what's causing it, but it's certainly annoying. Some info about my system: Lenovo G500s laptop with Windows 8.1 The browser I'm using is Firefox, version 35.0.1

Hi! A few minutes ago, I accidentally unsubscribed an awesome person. The problem is, I don't know who. I was looking at the following page when I apparently clicked on the little cross next to a name. I didn't notice, until the page told me I successfully unsubscribed. Is there a way to know who I unsubscribed?
