Arm tendon connection.
If your arm's tendon was connected to point 2 instead of 1, then wouldn't we be like 3-4 times stronger than we are now? A bit like C-3PO in Star wars. Look at a picture of his arms.

Closer to 10 or 12 times, from where you have the arrows (check out the difference in elbow to connection points). The trick is that the limbs are evolved to move fast (as legs) not strong to lift things. That and a connection that far out (especially if taken to the logical limit of extending it to other areas of the arm) would seriously limit the range of motion.
