Blinky Geeky Tabletop Decoration with CMOS 74C14 Answered

I made this blinky geeky tabletop decoration based on my instructable over there:

have fun and share your ideas!

I can do a pretty passable imitation of the switch-on-and-cogitate sounds effects for Orac.

Utterly futile in tex: !RRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

No I get it, good text.

Is there enough current to make it worth replacing one or more LEDs with small pager motors?

Stand the whole thing on wire legs, and it would twitch or jiggle as well as flash.

(Oh, and flashy circuits look good inside translucent covers.  This would be impressive inside a sea urchin.)

How much current would the motor consume? i think it would be possible and was a great idea to make it a kind of vibrobot...
