Yes!

Most contests are now open to every country in the world, except for those with whom the USA has a trade embargo, or Quebec.

A small number of contests have restricted entries, but most of the time you are now perfectly welcome to enter, and to win:

If I was to win. If. Then would you be able to send the prize to me?

Not me personally, I don't work for the site, but the staff would, yes.

Be aware, though, that some countries charge taxes on high-value prizes that arrive from abroad - this is something beyond the site's control, and you would need to contact your own tax authorities to confirm.

I'm a volunteer - I've been a member of the site since a few months after it began, and kind of got involved. So, I'm part of the Community Team, who help out around the place (especially when time zones mean HQ are asleep), featuring projects, helping authors, stomping spam, that kind of thing.

I was also lucky enough to be an Artist in Residence back in 2012 - while the rest of the planet watched the Olympics, I went to the coolest place on Earth!

What exactly is the "Artist in Residence"? Does that mean you go on some kind of trip to "Pier 9"?
