idk, they might have bomb-sniffing dogs at the airport.... i wouldn't risk it

It depends how your traveling. You cannot bring them if your flying - in fact - even residue will cause a scene. BUT if your taking the train, OR busing, OR driving, you should not have a problem.

My cuz got busted by having residue in his bag... I wouldn't recommend it! Use instructables.com when you get there and make some new ones!

No problem.. just like drug trafficking.. depending on how much where talking, put it in between the fabric of the luggage with a false wall for the outside.. find a "dummy" put it in a hallow book or playstation 2 with no guts improvise.. and NEVER carry on!! EVER!!
