Cannot Download Answered

It never fails. I send in money and all I get is a thank you very much. Properly registered as BCox5351. PLEASE FIX so I can Download!


I am having to wait. I bought the membership, but I get an empty PDF on every project.

When you say "empty", do you mean nothing but blank pages, or do they have logos, page numbers etc?

Today, the downloads work. Immediately after I paid, the download button produced a single page PDF, with the footer information only. Now, the projects download. The delay was a little frustrating because the PDF download option is why I decided to become a paying member. It was late, and I wanted the directions for a class the next morning.

All is fine now.


This finally rectified itself. Pure Magic because I sure did not make any changes on my end. I do notice that some of the PDFs come in as a single page blank when you do the download.

can I ask this if I buy a pro membership then I can download all pdfs or there is a limit?

You can download as many as you want, as often as you want.

Hi same problem won't download - keeps coming up with a window "upgrade to pro now" yet fully registered and you've recently taken money.

That sometimes happens when you have an old cookie from the last time you logged in, or having a browser add-on that stops the page from loading completely.  You can try
  • Disabling any script blocking add-ons to your browser, like Ad-Block, GreaseMonkey, or LastPass
  • Making sure you have cookies enabled for your browser
  • Clearing your browser's cache
After, refresh Instructables.com and try logging in again.

You're account is marked as pro so you shouldn't be having any problems. Can you not download any PDFs or is there a certain one causing you problems? What problem are you encountering (what happens when you go to download a PDF)?

When did you turn pro? It can sometimes take a day or two to work its way through the system.
