Cardboard Tube Answered

My brother has a large cardboard tube that is 14ft long with an 8 in. diameter. Any ideas on what to do with it? He also has a lot a cardboard boxes, and several rolls of duct tape, and enjoys making models of World War II things.

Use it, the boxes, and an old electric wheelchair to make a full scale tank. Or half scale/quarter scale, depending on your yard size. Then, rig it up so that it's waterproof, and kick butt at watergun fights and snowball fights. Or just have an awesomely cool giant tank that you can drive at parades.

full size howitzer? AA gun? really neat if you live near an airport (or city hall...) pontoons for you bicycle? a giant arrow sticking threw your house (or two-ton common, an art piece that was a giant nail sticking threw a VW bus)

You aren't that far off. My brother had a smaller tube and turned it into an anti-tank gun that actually shot styrofoam balls. He also just turned another tube and some boxes into a .50 cal machine gun model. (He is strange. LOL)

Cut it in half, so you have two 14 ft long pieces, and make a messenger system between two room.
