Castable Clear Acrylic Answered

I was wondering if there was a clear two part acrylic that I could use to pour into a mold and encase a smaller object. I just found my first four leaf clover, and would like to encase it in a clear acrylic cube. Thanks.

Clear casting resins are available as polyester, epoxy, and urethane versions. The polyester is the most common, cheapest, and slowest curing...

I've seen bugs for sale on ebay encased inside stuff called "lucite".

FYI, Lucite is the brand of acrylic sheeting I get.

. As far as I can tell, Lucite (polymethyl methacrylate or PMMA) is moldable, but not pourable.

Thanks. Looking around a little more, I think I'll go with some castable clear resin.
