Controlling HP F300 printer catridges? Answered

I want to control a HP F300 with an arduino, Not really the motors, but the print head.

Motors are easy. The printer head itself... not so much. Chances are an arduino may not be able to handle it. Considering you have hundreds of individual heads in the cartridge to control.

I honestly just want to make it print a consisent dot, so I could throw it on a CNC and print binder onto sand

What's wrong with using the built in electronics?

Not a good solution, the chances of getting it to work are remote. You really need to source an "OEM print head", people like Domino, Xennia, and Xaar make them.
