GPS tracker for a kid watch Answered

Hello everyone ;  I want to do a watch to track kids with GPS ,
And I want to know what kind of GPS tracker I will use , the approximate price of the project , or any other information that can  help me  .

rather then making you should buy a working tracker less then 30$,or use an smartphone and download a stalking app(i wont tell you that:p) and use it to track(like slave and master{bt module})

This is the very first thing this member has posted - I smell a homework task.

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've had a number of PMs in the last couple of days from new members asking how my projects work. Maybe there's a teacher from a particular school using the site as a resource? (Which I think is cool, BTW.)

The first thing to do is to find out what other people have done.

Search the site, read other folk's projects, put yourself a parts list together and then get online to price it up.

Don't forget that you will need to price the watch case itself as well - for a homework project prototype, I would suggest a 3d printed case that you design yourself to fit the components you choose.
