Girl scout cookie recreation help Answered

Hi,
I'm trying to recreate the girl scout cookie called "All Abouts" They were discontinued some time ago. I'm sure the cookie bit is a form of short bread but I'm not sure what kind of chocolate or fudge to use or even how to apply it on to the cookie like the image I attached. It doesn't need to be 0 trans fat like the image. Any help would be appreciated, thank you so much.

If you like to create your own style check the many good Instructables on mould making.

A silicone mould, once fully cured will hold up to the cooking times and temps for your cookies.

As a filling for some cookies in the hot summer here I use pudding ;)
I make it quite thick, so I use the stuff that need hot milk and not the instant kind.
The cookies I bake to nice crisp, so that a good granny would throw them in a bin for being too hard.
Once the pudding is added (still a bit warm) and the two halfs are together I put the cookies in a container and store them in the fridge for a day.
After that the moisture from the pudding has spread and the cookie is nice and soft while the cold filling is enjoyed by everyone.
Just as an idea ;)

This year, it's called a "Thanks-A-Lot", and has that phrase embossed on top.
