The FM radio circuit is permanently locked to 87.5 - 108.0 as the coils and other tuning devices like the tuning capacitor are all designed to pick up only those signals. If you got a recieve-only ham radio or something similar you could probably pick up the frequency as it is popular with hams. If you can let me know why you want the FM band to extend to 135mhz I can help you better.
