Once you have the picture, using the methods others said, I would go to an office supply store. You can pick up a pack of t shirt iron on transfers there. You just flip the photo backwards, print it on the paper, and iron it on. Easy!

I would play the dvd on my computer and pause it on the frame. Then, hit Print Screen, open up Paint and paste the screen shot in there. Then you can edit it however you'd like. Print Screen > open Paint > CTRL+V

Agreed. This is the easiest way. Just make sure the image you are trying to capture is relatively still so there is no blurring! Also I'd avoid MSPaint, it's messy tool. Try ye olde PS or GIMP

Play the DVD on your computer, with GOM player which has screen capture (I'm sure other players do as well). Then either print it iron on printer paper from your printer, or if you don't have one, bring the screen captured picture into a photo centre that does t shirts.
