you probably need it more moist for the re-heat.
you can either make them damper to start with, or moisten before you irradiate / bake.
steam is important here.


Eat it frozen. It works for me!

We just add a little water to it when we heat it back up in the microwave. Works like a charm.

We just seal it up in a zip lock freezer bag and get out as much air as possible. Then get out a little more. It also helps to add just a little bit of water before closing. We freeze rice a lot and this seems to work great.
