Lets say it starts at 20°C and you want to get it to 25°C using a liquid (urine) at 37°C and there are no thermal losses then you would need about 1,041,667 litres of the warm liquid (still urine). If the maximum bladder capacity is about a third of a litre then you would need to go about 3,125,000 times.The lower the initial temperature the easier it would be to raise it 5°C. For example to go from 5°C to 10°C you would "only" need to go 1,388,889 times.Of course in any case by this point the whole pool would have flooded way over its borders and the army of people peeing in the pool would be severely dehydrated.Warming up a local area by 5°C instead of the whole pool is far simpler.
For example, the OP could do a great job of warming up his own swimming trunks.
