I paid for premium account but instructables does not allow me to enter as such? Answered

on September 14 I bought a subscription to a instructables account that day I used it  and there was no problem now I do not what to do

Judging by the times you post, you are in a different time-zone to the staff.

Make sure you used the same email address you used to set up your account and make payments, then give them a day or two to respond.

Thakz everbody I have solved the problem , Instructables support people ad my accouunt to the premium account

Also, try clearing all the cookies for Instructables and then try again

You can check you profile if the premium is active.
If not and you have no option to activate it your best option is to contact the support with all details by Email.
Don't expect too much response here as you posted it in the totally wrong section.
