Is it possible to make an A/V input on a portable DVD player that doesn't have one? Answered

Generally, no. The DVD player is essentially a small specialized computer. To get other video onto its screen would involve fairly serious hardware and software hackery. Not worth the effort; get yourself a cheap laptop.

What for?
All the player does is output A/V. You want to play something on it that you can't at the moment?
