Knex MP5 V2 Answered

Here is my Knex mp5. It shot 40FT using two long bands. I only had one loose rubberband on it during the pictures. It has an internal ram rod cocking system with pin guide. Its seven layers thick, it has that fancy wall coat on the other side to. It has a true trigger, and also a magazine release (I got lazy and didn't make a safety). Its really sturdy and very fun to shoot. It did have a magazine at one point in its life, but I took it apart to help start a different gun. Its very comfortable to hold. Its a little fat in places, and its stock is a little off due to the internal pin guide, but I didn't care its close enough...

BEAUTIFUL! FINALLY someone puts SEVEN layers instead of an asymmetrical six!!! Post. You gotta. Please???

Yeah, I think he should post to. We need people to post stuff like this. It is funny because the people who post the most full K'NEX instructions, their builds tend to be bad.

I doubt that I will. Upcoming on my list includes (but is not limited to [nor does it have a surety of being built]): A K'NEX Gun: Reliable (bolt-action remix), M21 V.3, MP5SD V.2, Skorpion, M4A1 SOPMOD, Magpul Masada (ACR) V.3, the list (sadly) goes on and on.

That argument only related to INSTRUCTABLES, not forum topics. Forum topics are made for the type of comment I made above...

I don't want to argue too far, so I'll start here. saying "how's my new stuff" or "check out my new creation" on a forum topic has the same affect as saying this on an instructable. This forum topic is almost like a mini-instructable, with Blue Mullet 2 talking about his new MP5. This forum is just about his MP5, and he didn't ask for any other 'ibles that other people made. but i'll stop arguing now, because i would be more of a jerk if i kept going.

O.K., I can respect that. Did I not say this before? Oh, whoops, I did not say this. I actually would/might agree with you, but, as I said before, this IS a forum topic, and also, XD, I did not ask BM2 how my M249 SAW looked, I asked FlyingFish10. IMO, totally different. But like you said, if I continue, I'll look like a jerk. =D

Nice I like it =) I considered several firing systems something like what you have here on my m1 carbine. Reason I didn't was because of the small pin pullback distance which = less range.

Generally yes, unless you have it pull back around 7.5 Inches =/ I've also seen internal mechs like this put more wear on rubber bands, have the pin guide pop out(wont happen on BM's gun,its completely enclosed on both sides. The advantages are that you can give a knex gun a more realistic bolt, have a more supported pin(if designed right like BM's) and not having a pin stick out of the knex gun(very annoying)

Simple,I could do it but the mech never works for me. Use one of my tactical shotgun mags and do this to it =) It's so simple really.

your welcome. you make amazing stuff.

Whoops, sorry, that comment was written in haste and did not come out as I necessarily intended. Sorry bro, don't think that I wanted to offend you.

I understood your comment, and I was not offended in any way, but FlyingFish10 tends to take some interest in my builds, so I wanted to ask his opinion on the subject of my M249 SAW.

Thank you for all of those complements. I understand that you are not an attention hog. I have heard people say that you are, but I do believe that your comments say otherwise (meaning that, so far as I can tell, you are a really great dude). I am sorry if I made you mad, I don't think I intentionally did so.

Ah, that was not my intention, and since you seem to want all the attention, I can delete the comment if you want?
