Logging In Answered

I have had problems for quite a while now logging into instructibles.  I would have to type user name and password in several times before it would take.  Since Christmas I have had to reinstall my operating system four or five times (I use XP) and now I can't log in at all.  No matter how often I try my password/username.  Really frustrating.

I keep having to get to the area where you forget your password and get a message sent to me.  And by the time I have done that, and got logged in that way, I have lost or forgotten the page I wanted to favourite.

Please help

I am having the same problem, can't seem to find out how to get it fixed. I have tried different PC's and different web browsers with no luck. Any help would be nice. :(

Yes, clearing cache is very helpful with problems! Also, what is happening when you try to log in? Is it just on the homepage? Can you log in here?

I can't log in on the home page, the page your link sent me to, nor from any instructible page. They all send me to the log in page, and it keeps sending me back to it no matter how often I type in my user name and password.

I use several browsers, usually Opera. The others are Google Chrome, firefox and sea monkey.

It doesn't matter if I use my computer or my husbands computer, the result is the same - I don't stay logged in, nor can I log in.

I do clear the cache on my computer - at least in Opera. Not sure how to do it in the other browsers.
