How do you even know the board is still operational?

I don't. But it seems to be mostly in good condition, look at the pictures.

Well, obviously I didn't mean actually, make one, I just meant to like restore it to working condition. If you look at the pics, everything seems to be in good condition, except the memory card slot, would would probably just need to be resoldered on.

You can't make a phone from bits, only reassemble what they used to be. Interesting idea though.

You could change the forum category to tech. So you found a circuit board from a cell phone. There should be some markings on the board to help you identify what it was from by googling the code numbers. From there, what do you want to do with it? Get it back into working order or else try to use that as some kind of radio device, which might get you into trouble because you are using certain frequencies if you do not know what you are doing?
