Checked my Executioner Pro.

Fault

====

Can hear the squeaking of the AC to the primary.

Resistors probably OK

0.2uF cap reading 0.197uF

Tracks showing low resistance.

Diodes (FR107) are functional

Seems to be the secondary side of
the transformer that is at fault, showing off the scale resistance (greater
than 20Mohms)

Some components

================

R1-3 1.0Ko, 2.2ko, 470kohms.

D1-3 FR107 x 3.

C10.2uF ‘TENTA – TCPS’ 1200V

Q1SD965 NPN Transistor - ‘H SD 965
46 TA BR’

Mini LED

Switches - Small push switch SPST-no,connected to a SPST-nc switch

(used to discharge the cap and short
circuit the output through the 470kohm resistor)

So the capacitor leak will result in more ripple in the output but not stop your fly-cuter.
Type the numbers of your capacitor into Google, then try RapidOnline or RS components or Farnell, or whatever comes up, in Google, for a replacement.
Don't be surprised if there is a second component at fault, (as stated above in previous post).
Capacitors do commonly die first but my transformer went and the capacitor is good.

The Value of Capacitor is 22kpf, 2000Volts. Go to market & Search a good quality capacitor for this Value. One more thing mo add -- It is possible that the transistor might be working low. The number is HSD 965 7LR. Try replacing the transistor with similar one or equivalent.
