Also, I reccomend you put XP instead of Windows Vista, For Ultimate Compatibility (with programs that don't work in vista/7) ;)

Well take out 7 because that IS just another vista remake, and will definitely overload you, and swap ubuntu for DSL ( Damn Small Linux ) because it can run on only 4-8 MB RAM.

If he wants to get rid of one, he should get rid f vista. 7 is much faster! As for dsl, ubuntu comes with more features. I, personally, wouldn't change the lineup at all.

Ya I agree 7 was edited for faster performance. But DSL is fairly easy to use for the XP obsessed user because of it's similarity in style. Besides DSL can run as fast as an XP with 4Gb RAM on it's own with only 20-64 Mb RAM. A good processor is all you need for DSL and basicly not even that. 70 Mhz is all that's required at minimum. Which means YES someone should of found a way to get it on to the iPod touch

Not really, As soon as You Open up more than 1-2 Apps, it will Lag horribly. Also, To get it on another device, Use an Emulator.

I just don't really like dsl... Just weird to me. If anyone were to find out show to put it on, it'd be you. At least, you'd be the first to find out! ;)

No, Windows 7 Is Much, Much Better, And DSL is a waste, I can run it off of something else. Please don't speak in something you have no clue about.(right about DSL, But very wrong about 7)

I mean, what operating system did you have installed first? Sorry, should've been more clear. Today i just installed Puppy Linux!!! I decided I'm going to get as many OS's as i can on my laptop! I've already decided what my next one is. Mint Linux!
