Not receiving e-mail subscription Answered


Since changing my e-mail address to a Gmail account I have not been receiving my weekly e-mail subscription.  I have even tried to re-subscribe with my Gmail address.  I have repeatedly checked my spam box on both the server and my PC (I use Thunderbird as my local client).  They are not going into either spam folder.

Please help!  I miss my weekly Instructable e-mails!

How long have you been having this problem?  It can take up to two weeks to get a new email address added onto the newsletter list.

If you PM me the name of your gmail account that you're trying to add, I can also see if it's in the database and if the emails are successfully getting sent out.

For several months at least.  I have been trying to find anything on my end that might be the cause of it, such as spam filtering, but that doesn't seem to be it.  I am going to try my Verizon account, but I want to get my Gmail subscription working since I really do not use it.
