Photoshop CS6 Timeline Answered

I have used Timeline a lot in photoshop CS5.5 but when the new version Photoshop CS6 came out the button on the bottom right cornor to change from frames to seconds was gone. (first image is what i have, second is what I want.)

I'm sure you realize that the timeline has changed... That being said, open up a video that you want to work on, and then inside the timeline area, you'll get a button that says "create video timeline". Click on that and it opens up the timeline of the video. You should then see all your options.

Let me know if you still need help. ;-)

You can drag and drop the video in, or import it. Then you should see in the timeline area a new button for "create video timeline".... lots of changes. :-|

Okay, do you see the drop down arrow right above frame 18?

Click on that and then select "convert to video timeline" and you're there.

I did some reading, and found a thread where someone else had the same issue. They had to uninstall and re-install the program to fix it... no one could figure out why the option to "convert to video timeline" wasn't there.

No problem... sorry it wasn't the answer you were looking for, but for whatever reason, its happened before.

You have the right options-menu, its just that the option to convert it isn't there...

See image.
