Sewing my own large bean bag Answered

I have single-person size bean bag pattern. I'd like to know whether doubling the dimensions will give me a two-person size pattern.

you will want to end up with a beanbag that is the same height, but more than twice the other dimensions ( perhaps long and thin is the way to go, a tube with oval ends maybe?) more than twice the length at least, because "two people" is not " two comfy people" perhaps two and a half times would be good, but I'm not sure

I think you would only need to double the dimensions so that the height of the final bag is not affected. You just want to make a wider or longer bag and not one that is also twice the height when used. There are a few giant beanbag chairs on instructables. Just put in "beanbag" in the search box above. Good luck.
