Small LED Push Button Setup
So I'm trying to create an LED ring, to where if I squeeze my finger the led will come on with a push button, and squeeze again to turn it off.
So I bought a small series of LED's and Push Buttons from Radio Shack, but cant get it to work the way I need.
I found that the push button switch was for a circuit board or something.
Bear in mind I'm not the best with this type of thing but I thought I could figure it out on my own.
This setup is supposed to be small enough to fit in a ring, so the smaller the better.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

2.5mm High Tact Switch. With a 5mm Green LED bulb. And a Lithium 3Volt Battery.

Part number ?
What you want isn't available in very small. You'd be better making a locking cover to hold the thing on somehow when needed, if you want to stay small.

What you want is called a "latching" push button, but I can't find a tiny one for you - the only way to do it would be some electronics as well.
