Sports Injury Answered

I do cross country and run 6 miles a day. I have been having trouble with my knees and ankles. I went to the doctor, and they said I had a torn ligament in my ankles. Any suggestions on how to help them heal?

You should probably get a brace/wrap to support the  weakened areas. It'll help you heal and avoid more injuries. I wore two anke wraps for basketball and track, and I cannot tell you how many times they saved me from spraining my ankles.

Only in cartoons. Freeze your stomach, then smash it with a hammer.

I dunno, but, I'm really negative right now because I had just realized something about myself.

umm..... ask the doctor on how long you should not play sports. then, after that, to prevent injury, stretch your legs before excersice

You could just like not run on them for a while.
