HEY WOODCARVER,
WE STARTED A PROJECT LIKE THIS, ONLY WE USED E-BAY ATV PARTS FOR FRONT SUSP. AND GO-CART STRAIGHT AXLE AND BRAKES FOR THE REAR. WE ARE MAKING IT LOOK LIKE A '35 WOODY WAGON. WITH A WOOD BODY IN BACK AND FIBERGLASS IN FRONT. IT HAS A NEW 6.5 HONDA CLONE. AND I'M USING A LOT OF IDEAS FROM THE TOT RODS OF ENGLAND. YOU CAN FIND THEM ON THE WEB AT U-TUBE. JUST TYPE IN TOT RODS. I HAVE ABOUT $1500 IN IT UP TO NOW AND I'D SAY ITS HALF DONE. HAS TAKEN 8 MONTHS THO. PARTIMER.

Whoo! Bumper Cars!

This isnt an instructable, but any guesstimation on how someone made this!? I guess a better question would be..... whats original bumper car and whats custom? HA, sweet ride either way! Im guessing only the original frame chassis was used, everything else, cept maybe some scrap wires or fiberglass body.

The steering wheel, the shell and that's all that is stock

Thats where I found it before I seen it here anyways. It's just a bunch of feeds from different websites including this one. lets you get a decent idea of whats on the go in most major DIY websites.

Almost everyone is :-/ It seems like they're hooked into an RSS feed for Recent I'bles, and just grab whatever's there.

he knows this was an older post they do infact have an active update for ibles

it's just not the same though.

That's like a step-up from a barstool racer or a racing lawnmower. I NEED one!

I would so have one with Instructables Robot decals all over it and stuff..

Wow Fungus, where do you get these stories? You have to be a member of Fark, I can't think of anywhere else you could find this stuff.

I'd like to know too. I can't believe all the awesome stuff he comes across.

Then again... *Hits Stumble button*

That has to be one of my favorite Firefox extensions. Stumbling is SO great!

I know! Whenever I'm bored, I just click it... and a few hours later, I'll still be clicking it. It's pretty awesome to think how much neat stuff is out there.

I think I've looked at Fark once or twice. I just subscribe to a few dozen feeds and skim those.

Very Cool !!! Got to wonder at $50K (If I read it right) what he did to these .....I would think that stripping down a smaller 4 wheel ATV (250 cc instead of 750cc) and fitting the body on would work but not sure if street legal....I know that we run the ATV's on the roads in the hills with no problem ......other then helmets .....
