T-shirt design - How to Profit Answered

If I had a T-shirt design that I thought would be great to sell, and giving that many online retailers take ideas, what would the best place to submit my idea to and profit? Can I give my idea to more than one store, or is that "illegal"? I have a pretty funny idea in mind, so any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Do you have to pay for the product that you are going to sell, or can you just throw a design on a product and wait for someone to buy it. How much money goes to Cafe press?

Never mind, figured it out. You markup the price, and CafePress gets the base price. This is awesome!

I used to have free access to a silkscreen machine so long ago that I forgot how to use one. But I did easily design and make a few shirts. So simply, design and make product, advertise, sell! Put a (C) on it with your brand/name before the year rolls over.
